Kendall Jenner Wants You to Smell Like Horses

It turns out that Kendall Jenner loves horseback riding more than we thought. Though the bonafide supermodel and member of the Kardashian clan has been a long-time equestrian, Jenner has now teamed up with sister Kim to launch three perfumes inspired by horseback riding and the great outdoors.

The new KKW Fragrance perfumes created in collaboration with Kendall Jenner each feature their own distinct notes, and are named by their hues: Amber, Olive, and Blue Roan. The Kendall Jenner perfumes are set to launch later this month on March 25th, according to a teaser she posted on her Instagram.

Kendall Jenner has often been snapped horseback riding, and this is not the first time Kendall Jenner has been inspired by horses or her long history as an equestrian. She once rode a white horse to her own party, while wearing a gold glittering dress. Since the pandemic lockdown, she has been riding more and more, as it is one of the few things one can do while outside and socially distanced. Jenner was spotted horseback riding at an equestrian facility in Malibu, California, as recently as last month. In 2018, on an episode of her podcast Pizza Boys Radio, she opened up about how horses were her best friends. “I would just sit with my horses and I’d go ride all day. I’m not kidding. I’d ride from 8 am to 8 pm,” Jenner said at the time. “I would ride all my trainer’s horses because I had nothing better to do during the summer.”

Horseback riding was always an enormous part of her life. “I’m a horse girl, literally. I grew up riding horses. So for my whole entire life, I would beg my parents to please get me a pony.” Jenner told The Cut in 2019. “I wasn’t just some little girl who was like, ‘I need a pony for no reason.’ It was my life. I ate, breathed, and slept horses.” Well, now she smells horses, and we can too.
